1. Order Processing Time
Since many of our tactical items are customized, please allow us time to prepare your gear. All orders are processed and dispatched within 5 business days after the order is placed.
Note: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package leaves our facility.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
We ship globally from our manufacturing facility in Zhejiang. Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated shipping time is 8–12 business days.
Please note that while we strive to meet these timelines, external factors (such as local courier delays or weather conditions) may occasionally affect delivery.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes (We Cover Them!)
We want your experience to be hassle-free. We cover all customs duties, import taxes, and tariffs.
You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. The price you pay at checkout is the final price for your gear delivered to your door.
4. Damages & Transit Issues
We take great care in packaging your tactical gear, but accidents can happen during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately.
Please email us at support@taglycharm.com with a photo of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you right away.
